Operational Reviews
Companies, like people, need someone to look at them periodically to ensure they are fundamentally healthy. We do this on an ongoing basis for our clients as a way of ensuring that past projects continue to provide value and also as a way of identifying needed changes or improvements. When we do this for current clients, our review is specifically tailored to meet their specific needs, but it rarely takes longer than two weeks.
We also do this for new clients. Most of our new clients want a faster review that just focuses on their business fundamentals. We do this in about a week with usually three days on site. What you receive from this review is a discussion and a report of your operational strengths and weaknesses that highlights how effectively your operational infrastructure is put together and what changes or improvements you need to make to be most effective.
An operational review is an excellent first step for new clients. It allows us to efficiently learn as much as possible about your company in the shortest amount of time. This short study usually provides us with enough basic information so we can work effectively with you to not only identify what you need to do, but also how to make the changes you need most effectively and efficiently.
Please contact us if you’d like to know more about this study. For additional insights into the value you would receive from this review, click on the following. They are monthly letters we published in the past that deal with the value of this type of analysis.
